How does the online portal work?
After you have contacted us and we have set you up with a consultation, you will be able to register by clicking the green button on our homepage which will bring you to the portal. Press “create password”. Enter your email address (in lower case letters) & create a case-sensitive password. You are then ready to request or cancel visits, make payments, etc!
Visit requests must be made online in the portal before 6:00 pm the night prior to the desired visit. Cancellations can be made until 11:59 pm the night prior and there will be no charge incurred. Same-day visit requests can be made via email info@suburbanpets.com.
Payments: You will receive, by email, an invoice twice per month. If you choose to “allow automatic payments” in the portal, your debit/credit card will be charged automatically for the amount due that billing cycle. Alternatively, you may choose to log in and manually make a payment after receiving each invoice.
